Riiiight. This is the hard part!
I’m a photographer based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I use all natural-light to capture portraits of couples, kids, families and pets – and all the combos those can make.
My specialty, my desire, is to always provide a family with images of now. Not the perfectly smiling images of everyone’s perfect hair, perfect shirts and perfectly aligned teeth. I want to capture the TRUE family in the image – and half the time that includes an image of an upset baby, a crying toddler or a fit throwing preschooler. And you know what? Those are my favorites. They hold so much emotion and some much reality. Favorite toys, daily worn t-shirts, shoes or hats your kids won’t take off – that’s what I love to see. Honesty, realism, truth, emotion and now. This is what I love on my walls, all over my home – and this is what I offer to my clients.
I also offer something special to local rescues (All Ears Basset Sanctuary, Watermelon Mountain Ranch and Golden Retriever Rescue of New Mexico to name a few) by volunteering my time and talents to photograph their animals, looking for furever homes. I’ll provide some love and affection while I capture their personalities and stunning looks with professional photography – and offer the use of these images on the rescues’ adoption websites. My hope is to bridge more people with their perfect pet partner!
